The project involved extending a listed three-storey building with an additional storey, mansard roof, and rear extension to maximise internal space while respecting its historic character, as part of a planning application.

The project involved the refurbishment of an existing residential lobby, introducing luxury finishes and refined detailing to create an elegant and welcoming entrance. The design was developed for client consultation.
